Our core business is Healthcare and our aim to assist our client to derive the maximum benefits from their total healthcare budget.
We ensure that single entity is responsible for coordinating a selection of schemes, ensuring that objective advice and assessment of schemes in terms of benefits, effectiveness of administration, cost, financial stability and data warehousing is provided.

Compliance Process
Upon receipt of a member’s complaint, the Avoir Compliance Department will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
The Compliance Department will then notify the relevant Representative of the complaint within the same 24‑hour period.
The Representative will have five (5) working days to respond to the complaint.
A written response, together with all supporting documentation related to the member’s complaint, must be submitted to the Avoir Compliance Department by the Representative within the stipulated five‑day turnaround time.
Once all required documents have been received within the specified timeframe, the Avoir Compliance Department will commence its investigation of the complaint.
A written notification outlining the outcome of the investigation will be issued by the Compliance Department within ten (10) working days from the date of receipt of the complaint. This communication will be shared with both the member and the Representative through the appropriate channels.
