June is Men’s Health Month and with the recent standard of living there are certain health issues that should be a cause for concern and awareness should happen.

The most common health issue is smoking which leads to lung cancer. This affects smokers and non-smokers. This type of cancer is the leading cause of death worldwide. This can be avoided by stopping smoking and being around active smokers.
Depression And Suicide (Mental Health)
With the rise of suicide cases amongst men in recent years, it is very important to give awareness to depression or mental health. Depression is real and it is one of the issues concerning health, recent studies show there is more suicide case among men than that woman. Stress is one of the causes that lead to depression and if it is not dealt with it can get deadly.
A good healthy diet, regularly exercising and a regular visit to your GP can prevent these health issues.
