This Mandela Day we continue to assist a young lady from one of the disadvantaged villages in the North West, Brits in Bethane village.
The lady’s dream is to become a contestant in a beauty pageant, competing on international stages. As Avoir Corporate Healthcare we have provided the young lady with an amount of R3 000.
Let’s hear her motivating story for her future dream that will also assist her peers as we fighting teenage pregnancy, teenage drug abuse and teenage alcohol abuse.
My name is Onalerona Angela Setshogoe and I am honoured to have been selected as a contestant in the prestigious Miss Teen Africa pageant. This national competition not only celebrate beauty and poise but also encourages leadership, empowerment and community impact among young women.
This is an incredible opportunity for me to represent my community, showcase my value and make a positive difference. Should I win, I will have the privilege of presenting South Africa on the international stage, compete with young leaders from across the African continent and beyond.
